There is a lack of clarity on the origins of cocktails. Traditionally cocktails were a mixture of spirits, sugar, water, and bitters.
If you live or work in Downtown Seattle you already know this is your local watering hole. Full of regulars and interesting conversation at all hours of the day. Chey and Ben are among the GOATS of hospitable bartenders in this city. If you want to chat with software developers or janitors cleaning apartments, this place accepts all creeds and income values. Occasionally smells like vomit but other than that I can't think of a single fault.
Great bartenders, even better patrons. I haven't had so many drinks bought for me from people I don't know anywhere else, and the pool table/cues aren't warped. That's unprecedented! Don't tell Pike brewery I like the blarney more...
Great little dive bar. Bartender was super nice and friendly with us, let us try different beers. Not too crowded but not dead. Pool tables in good shape. Great beer selection. If I lived in the area I'd be a regular.
Good place to grab some pints and a small bite to eat
Great Paddy's night here! Closest I seen to an actual Irish bar since I have hot to the US
